Back Balances

There may be times when you end up owing our office money. We refer to this amount as your back balance. We bill you monthly to remind you of this amount. We understand, especially now, that there are other bills to pay, so we wait three or four months before asking for payment.

When you find yourself getting behind, we will always work with you. We have two methods to help patients with large back balances.

First, we will always accept one-half of the balance. We will write off the rest. Many patients prefer this method. But even that may be too much to pay at once. For those patients, we offer a monthly payment plan. The payment is 15% of the balance. If you set up a payment plan, you must apply it automatically to a credit or debit card. Our biller can set that up for you.
