We never make a new patient go without refills of their medications even if we have not seen them yet.
We never make a new patient wait more than 24 hours to be seen.
We never make any sick patient wait longer than 24 hours to be seen.
We never make a patient who requires a well child, sports or camp physical wait longer than 48 hours for an appointment.
We never make a patient wait until the next day, if they call by 2:00 pm.
We never turn away a patient for inability to pay.
We never send any patient to collections.
We never dismiss a patient for prolonged back balance as long as payment arrangements are in place.
We never require separate appointments if parents have extra issues at a well child check. unless a complaint would be better addressed at a separate visit.
We never recommend lead testing if the patient does not have risk factors EXCEPT it is state law.
We never take longer than 30 minutes for a callback from the answering service.
We never require parents to vaccinate their children.
We never refuse to do a prior authorization for any medication.
We never refuse to refer a patient.
We never fail to return your call the same day.
We never turn away patients who show up for care whether they walk in or are late.
We never require pre-registration.
We never send only one ADHD medication at a time. Always three.
We never require children four and younger to wear a mask.
We never give a patient less time than they need. This will get me behind, but I will do the same for your child.
